Who is the Nibiruan Council?

The Nibiruan Council (also known as the Greater Nibiruan Council) is comprised of all the council members of the smaller, dimensional Nibiruan councils. It is one of the largest Council in the Galactic Federation of Worlds, and therefore, carries out the duties of the overseeing council of the Earth Grand Experiment for the Galactic Federation of Worlds.

What do they do?
In regards to day to day operations, the NC shoulders a host of responsibilities such as:
* Coordinating efforts for peace by supporting the creation and maintenance of alliances between different races and planetary civilizations in relation to the Earth Grand Experiment.
* Providing support for emissaries and ambassadors of the many races and civilizations who are members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds.
* Providing assemblies and forums to discuss the future of the Galactic Federation and its members in relation to the Earth Grand Experiment.
* Reviewing requests for active duty in the dimensional councils of the Nibiruan Council. (This is a volunteer organization to which members can send representatives.)
The website is very deep and well done - someone must have a lot of time on their hands...
