Cool blogging tool - Country IP Blocks

Been looking for something like this for a while... One tool to cut down on Spam is to block the IP Addresses of offending users. This is done with a file called .htaccess which is populated with a list of known spammers. Works great. One useful technique is to block large swaths of IP addresses specific to countries like China and most of Africa. The only problem is that part of a netblock can be assigned to that country while the other part of the netblock is assigned to... say... Canada which doesn't produce much spam (relatively speaking). I can do a Whois on the IP Addresses and the registry shows the range of IP Addresses assigned to that owner but this is time consuming and not efficient. Enter Country IP Blocks There is a clickable list of Countries, select the ones you want and choose what sort of format you want the result in (including .htaccess) and bingo -- an instant list ready for use...
