Heh - I went to my lawyer yesterday and now
My ex-Wife's lawyer had me served with papers this evening (second time).
She has yet to fulfill
her part of the arrangement in order for her to get cashed out -- she and I had discussed this several times before she left last March and this is an issue that I communicated to her lawyer several times on the phone.
I will be at the Court date with Council and a butt-load of documentation. Pissed as hell but grinning...
