bq. 1. Look up the email address of your regional RIAA authority (listed in your white pages under "Recording Industry: Regional Authorities)
bq. 2. Open up your email program, such as Microsoft Outlook™ or Microsoft Outlook Express™
bq. 3. Create an email to the email address you found.
bq. 4. Attach all the MP3s you're returning. (If you don't know how to attach a file, look in the help file for your email program).
bq. 5. Press send.
