Flags on Mars (two)
The Mars Lander carried on it two flags - the USA flag of course but one other as well. The landing site has been named 'Columbia Memorial Station' in honor of the space shuttle that came apart on re-entry and since one of the crew was from Israel, there is also the Israeli flag.
