Interesting idea for Ambassador to U.N.

Since the United States Ambassador to the United Nations -- John Negroponte -- has been appointed U.S. Ambassador to Baghdad, the U.N. post is vacant.
How about Rudy Giuliani?
Kinda makes one go Hmmm... doesn't it - the thought of a take-charge guy like Giuliani being set loose among the Eurocrats and corrupt pols would be a delightful thing to see.
As James says:

NY Post has been proposing this too.
