Busy today...
Spent the last few days
building a large paddock for our critters.
Spent about five hours today
dismantling an old dairy system -- all of the plumbing is food-grade stainless steel which will be fantastic for our Hard Cider and Mead business.
Meeting with a refrigeration person next week to decommission this tank and
the other one I bought. Looking at moving them on site sometime shortly after. They will be stored temporarily until the new Cidery is built this Summer and then, we are in production!
It may be winter for some people but we are busy!
