Mmmmmm Steak...

Sorry to all of the vegetarians out there (I was one myself for over five years), there is nothing like a good steak grilled to perfection. The Detroit News interviews a chef at the Morton's Steakhouse in Pittsburgh asking what the home griller can do. Basic good info. There is also a sidebar that goes into the "touch" method of determining the done-ness of a steak.
