Don't you dare feel sorry for him! The man has been putting this off for months now, and not letting me have the records so I could just get the damned things done. He wants it done a very particular way - a way only he can do.
So, fine, he gets to do the bookwork. The catch is that the bookwork needs to be done and kept up in a timely manner...
