When you can't afford to compromise) makes a series of X-Ray and Nuclear Backscatter imaging devices that are tunable to organic materials instead of just responding to the materials density and radiological absorption.

brag page" showing what their equipment can do and it is downright impressive (and this is the stuff they put online for the general public!).
