A word to the wise
I woke up this morning around 7:30 or so -- I had been waking up reluctantly around 10:00 to 1:00PM so I am guessing that the constant pain prevented me from getting a lot of sustained REM sleep.
Anyway, Jen took off the dressing and I used my crutches to get into the shower. It is Fall so we turn the furnace off at night.
Word up -- cold crutch shoulder pads on the nice warm soft underbelly of a shoulder is a cruel thing first thing in the morning...
Just sayin'
