On the menu for tonight
Ran into this recipe for Split Pea Soup
yesterday while surfing the web.
Got the veggies saut�ing in Costco Extra Virgin Olive Oil (amazing flavor for the money) and ready to add the Chicken broth, water and ham hocks.
Wish it didn't take three hours to cook but we have been eating late in the day anyway so a 9:00PM dinner will not be stretching it too much and it will be there for tomorrows dinner too (tasting even better).
