Slow running tonight
The satellite broadband is a bit better than dialup tonight but not by much.
Heading out to the DaveCave(tm) to work on some stuff. Downloaded CentOS and Scientific Linux to play with for the servers for the T1 system. Both of these are based on the Red Hat Enterprise server distribution. Kubuntu is probably fine but wanted to get a bit better integration and security and do not need the colorful clown suit.
Gui? Pfuii! CLI forever...
These will be machines that live in a closet and run web services (Apache), mail (Postfix) and some internet protocols (DHCP, NAT, Firewall, VPN, Squid, SpamAssasin, etc...)
