The point that I think Mr. Jenkins does not, and ideologically cannot grasp is that American freedom of speech is not to guarantee a lack of bias or impartiality nor even fair treatment but rather to ensure dissent is not censored.
It would be great if, in Mr. Jenkins' liberal Utopian society, everyone marched in lockstep and spoke in unison. The squeaky heel must be heard; the trembling voice allowed to stutter it's protest.
