That is it for tonight

Was at the bakery around 6:30AM to cook the corned beef and cabbage. Picked up about 15 pounds of beef brisket, trimmed some of the fat off and brined it myself. Served it with Colcannon, Soda Bread and Boiled Cabbage. I had not advertised this but spread it by word of mouth -- in a small town, this works as we nearly sold out...
