A good debate
Joey Plugs is a scrapper and he came off strong but the numbers that he cited were frequently wrong. Ryan caught him on that a number of times. Biden also frequently interrupted when Ryan was speaking and the moderator (Martha Raddatz from ABC news so no wonder) was letting him do this.
The level of fact checking and education of the viewer will determine what they think who won.
