The Christmas Season
We just got back from a really nice Housewarming/Christmas party at one of my employees. Great group of people.
It is Lulu's and my second Christmas together -- life is wonderful, I have not been this happy or content in a long long time.
The
Mt. Baker ski area is in full swing -- they have an 80" base and are getting about an inch of new snow every hour -- it is dumping up there and the photos (at the above link) look like a lot of fun.
I had a pot roast cooking in the oven so when we got back, dinner was ready and the house smelled wonderful -- the dogs were eying us with the most hungry and mournful expressions on their faces. No scraps tonight but they will get some tomorrow with their dinner (after ours).
Surf for a bit -- long day tomorrow as we are getting our Christmas tree and I have a bunch of hay to get out to the critters as well as pay some bills.
