Heading home
A wonderful long week but time to head back home. Packing up the motel and we will be driving home today.
Planning to take a bit of a long way home today -- heading East to Marysville to see the Stonehenge. I was there in 1979 to see the total eclipse of the Sun. From there, it's North to Yakima and East to Ellensburg. From there I will see how we feel and either hot-dog it over Snoqualmie Pass and up I-5 or wend our way through Route 97 to Route 20 and up Route 9.
Needless to say, minimal if any posting today. Maybe something late tonight.

Ever check out the observatory at Goldendale? They had a mini pointed at the sun back in June. And a new Ranger who was SO excited about his job, like a little puppy just wanting to please.
