Moody�s Changes Costa Rica�s Outlook to Negative
Moody�s Investors Service has changed the outlook on Costa Rica�s Baa3 bond rating to negative from stable. The outlook change reflects:1.A continued increase in the main debt metrics since 2009;
2.The country�s difficulty in passing legislation to reduce high fiscal deficits and limit the increase in the debt burden.
And of course, they are going to keep raising taxes instead of slashing them.
