Cooking up a storm
Doing a Beef Wellington tomorrow so starting it tonight -- it needs several rests in the fridge so it's best to have a day or two to cook it.

Note that he is Metric so when he bakes it in a 200� oven, it is 200�C - about 400�F (392� to be exact)
