Nothing like coming home to a warm house
No day five of furnace problems -- nipped it in the bud this morning. Bad transformer and gas valve. Left for work and came home to a nice warm house.
I also arranged for an estimator to come out to look at putting in a heat pump. Propane prices are pretty steep and this will cut a lot of the winter heating cost plus getting air conditioning for the two weeks in summer when we really need it.
Lulu is coming back out tomorrow so the timing is perfect.
