The UTC time would put it right at 06:35:27 PM on the west coast here.
Still no signature data -- this will take a coordinated study of data from quite a few seismic observatories. Considering the import of the event, this data should be available in a few days.
And of course, the United Nations will act swiftly and issue a stern warning.
I would hate to be on the receiving end of one of those.
