Long day and early morning
Spent the day shopping for and working at the bakery doing some repair work before they open tomorrow. I will be there in the morning to do the Farmer's Friday breakfast (two eggs, pancakes and bacons) and then start work on the recipe book and getting people to use the #$% timers. Bought four of them today so there will be zero excuse for overdone baked goods. Portion control is another biggie.
This is the last weekend under the original owner -- I will be taking over management this Monday and start running it seven days/week.
It will be hectic but I have a good core crew and it should go pretty well...
