We do not need another Federal agency -- the CIA and FBI have the jurisdiction here and there is a lot of overlap.

$4.5 billion of our tax dollars -- this organization should not even exist and yet it is carving out huge swaths of real estate and governmental power for itself. Their 2014 budget is just under $60 Billion (
